Increase your program management skills with MSP Training

The MSP qualifications have been introduced to recognize individuals on their level of expertise on the MSP methodology. The MSP is a standard framework of knowledge providing a set of principles and processes to effectively manage a programme. The different MSP Courses and qualifications demonstrate the individual’s level of knowledge and understanding of the MSP framework. For instance the MSP Foundation level recognizes professionals having the basic knowledge and understanding of the MSP to work in a programme management environment while the Advanced MSP Practitioner is the confirmation of the individual’s skill and expertise to successfully lead a programme with the aim of bringing about the beneficial change. The MSP Courses and qualifications are revered internationally and are steadily becoming a globally demanded credential.
The qualification scheme and the MSP Courses are administered by the APM Group. The MSP Course has been divided into three sections, namely, the MSP Foundation, MSP Practitioner, and the Advanced MSP Practitioner. Each MSP Course and qualification includes an exam, passing of which is awarded the respective credentials. The MSP Foundation is a one hour multiple choice test with 75 questions per paper. It is a closed book test and each question carries one mark with a trial option of 5 questions which are not counted in the final scores. The passing score is 35 marks out of 70 which amount to 50%. Passed candidates qualify for the MSP Practitioner and Advanced MSP Practitioner level. The MSP Practitioner exam is an open book objective testing paper of 2.5 hours duration. The MSP Practitioner exam consists of 8 questions of 10 marks each and candidates are required to score 40 marks out of the total 80 to pass the exam. The Advanced MSP Practitioner is an essay based open book test of 3 hours duration consisting of 2 questions with a total 75 marks. Candidates are required to score 38 marks in order to pass the Advanced MSP Practitioner exam.
The APM Group has accredited a large number of MSP Training centers internationally to provide guidance on the MSP Courses for the students. Candidates can choose from online MSP Training centers or traditional classroom tutorials to undertake the MSP Training course. From relevant course materials to sample papers, these MSP Training centers cater all the required assistance for its students. It is highly beneficial for credential aspirants and candidates learn a lot more other than the MSP Course in a MSP Training center.
Thus professionals who are considering a programme management career must opt for a MSP Training to successfully complete the MSP Courses and earn the credential. The certification undoubtedly increases one’s credibility and is a proof of the holder’s professional achievement. An effective MPS Training improves the individual’s way of managing projects and IT services with better job probabilities even in the recession time. It is a well proven fact that companies recruit professionals who are equipped with the MSP Courses through MSP Training with a relevant qualification to back it than those who have not undergone the MSP Course neither have a credential.
